About Us
Our journey began with a commitment from our founders, Beth and Brad Kreick, to form a nonprofit organization focused on addressing youth mental health issues across our state. From that commitment YouthWell New Hampshire was born. We are eager to make a difference and to positively impact the mental health challenges facing youth in New Hampshire.
YouthWell supports our community as a funding source for existing programs, services and new initiatives that impact youth mental health in New Hampshire. Additionally, YouthWell will partner with and assist organizations to help make their mission a reality. We add our voices as advocates for effective and sustainable solutions to improve the mental health and well-being of our young people.

Why YouthWell?
The word well has two meanings with respect to our name. From the earliest days when people began living in groups, the well existed as the center of community life. Water wells were the literal and figurative centers of communal living. Not only did they provide life sustaining water, but they served as the social center where people met to connect. A well “gives” to its community.
The second meaning is the more obvious one. Well-being, and specifically the well-being of our youth with respect to mental health, is why we are here. Using the word Well in our name not only supports the idea of being and feeling mentally well, but it symbolizes how important we believe community is to achieving well-being. Our “well” provides financial resources to support the mental health needs for young people in our community.
