Dr. Kelly Burnett

 Dr. Kelly Burnett pairs deep academic insight with real-world experience in both healthcare and community youth mental health. A lifelong Granite Stater and mother of three, Kelly holds a PhD in Education from Southern New Hampshire University—where her research centered on adolescent mental-health interventions—and a master’s degree in Education. Professionally, she spent the majority of her career at Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, serving as a contract manager and negotiator, where she honed her ability to bridge the needs of patients, providers, and payers.

Kelly’s impact extends beyond New Hampshire through her deep connections with On Our Sleeves®, the national movement for children’s mental health. Working with schools and nonprofit partners, they develops workshops and resource toolkits that spark honest conversations, reduce stigma, and connect young people to timely care.

Whether she is volunteering on the sidelines of her town’s sports leagues or empowering young adults with the skills to fight through adversity, Kelly’s passion is helping every child build resilience and thrive. She is honored to join the YouthWell New Hampshire Board of Directors and looks forward to leveraging her healthcare expertise, national partnerships, and local roots to advance the organization’s mission.
