Partnership with Cook Center for Human Connection 2024-2025 Unlimited Parent/Family Mental Health Coaching Includes: 1. 24/7 text capability with 24 hour response time; 2. 30 min live call with family coach weekly; 3. My Roadmap therapy curriculum with phone app; 4. Support offered to all SAU21 families as needed; SAU21 total enrollment 2,225. SAU21 includes towns of Hampton Falls, Hampton and Seabrook.The Cook Center offers private 1:1 coaching sessions with a trained mental health coach to interested families. These sessions include a weekly 30 minute phone call and 24/7 access to a professional via text or email. The service is offered in English or Spanish. The Cook Center also provides a customized roadmap of support based on family needs. The goal for the program is to provide immediate access to families in need of support and provide them with access to resources and tools to support the emotional and mental health needs of their children. The project targets families of children experiencing increased dysregulation, anxiety, or other social/emotional concerns.
