Schools, youth serving organizations and others who provide services for youth in New Hampshire are eligible to apply for funding. Programs must be aligned with our mission to positively impact and improve the mental health and well-being of young people in New Hampshire. Programs funded will provide education, resources, tools and supports for children, youth, families, schools and youth serving organizations. We intend this to be a brief and accessible application.
